Thomas Krause, President
Tom Krause, Ph.D. (Psychology) is the chairman and co-founder of BST (www.bstsolutions.com). For the past 20 years he has been interested in leadership, culture, and organizational safety. In the last five years, Dr. Krause has focused on coaching senior executive leaders. He holds a Masters Degree in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College (www.sjcsf.edu) and is serving his seventh year on its Board of Governors.

Cathryn Krause, Chief Financial Officer
Cathryn Krause has served as BST’s Chief Financial Officer for more than 20 years and brings her seasoned experience to this endeavor. In addition, she is actively involved in charitable activities, including great books and liberal education pursuits through The Agora Foundation, St. John’s College, and Thomas Aquinas College.

Paul O’Reilly, Vice President - Director of Curriculum
Paul O’Reilly, Ph.D. (Philosophy) has taught at Thomas Aquinas College (www.thomasaquinas.edu) since 1989. His interest in developing liberal education for a broad audience has culminated in writing, speaking, and conducting seminars for adults for many years.

Andrew Gilman, Vice President - Director of Operations
Andrew Gilman M.A. (Liberal Arts) brings 20 years of experience in marketing, organizational functioning, and team leadership to the Foundation. He is a founding parent and current Board President of Ventura Charter School of Arts and Global Education (www.venturacharterschool.org), a principal at Katharsis Design Studio, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Education.

Mary Osborn, Board Secretary
Mary Osborn brings over fifteen years of experience and knowledge in managing and fundraising for non-profit endeavors to The Agora Foundation, as well as her organizational and planning skills.

Laura A. Seigle, Board Member
Laura A. Seigle is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Irell & Manella LLP, where she is a member of the litigation workgroup, focusing on intellectual property and entertainment litigation.
